Membership in our organization is open to any person engaged in, or desirous of becoming engaged in the hobby of model railroading, without regard to gender, race, religion, or political affiliation. The minimum age for membership is sixteen years of age. All members shall have full voting privileges and access to all Club activities and Club property.

Application for membership must be made by submission of the club’s written application form. Acceptance will be by a vote of the general membership at any scheduled monthly business meeting. A majority (51%) vote by a quorum of members’ present will be required for acceptance.

Yearly membership dues are due and payable at the time of submission of our membership form. Effective January 1st, 2019 yearly dues have been set at $120 per year for an individual or $132 for a family. Dues are payable quarterly at $30 for individuals and $33 for families. When joining during a calendar year dues are $10 per month for the remaining months in the year for individuals and $11 per month for the remaining months in the year for families (payable quarterly).

Responsibility of members includes adherence to Club rules, attend Club meetings as one’s schedule permits and to help with Club functions as one’s time permits.
